Terms
For Supernatural workspaces, which are free during the beta. Version terms-2026-10-31, last changed 31 October 2026.
Who we are
Supernatural is built and run by Rang & Mall Private Limited, Visakhapatnam, India. Write to [email protected] about anything on this page.
What the beta is
A beta workspace is free while the beta runs. It has every app, up to 25 people, and the software you connect. Supernatural is still being built. Things will change, some things will break, and we do not promise any level of uptime during the beta.
We will tell every admin by email at least 30 days before the beta ends, and say what happens next: a paid plan you can choose, or an export of everything so you can leave. Nothing is deleted without that notice, unless a workspace breaks these terms.
Who may join
The beta is for businesses. By joining, you confirm that you are 18 or older and allowed to agree to these terms for your company. There is one beta workspace per company.
Your data stays yours
What you and your people put into Supernatural, and what you bring in from other software, belongs to you. We use it only to run Supernatural for you. We do not sell it, show you ads, or use it to train AI models. You can export it at any time.
Your AI key
A beta workspace uses your own key from an AI provider, such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. When Blue works for you, what it needs to answer is sent to that provider under your own agreement with them, and their charges are yours. We keep your key encrypted and use it only for your workspace's requests.
Software you connect
You connect other software with your own accounts or keys. Before anything is connected, Supernatural shows what it will be able to read and change. Connect only what you are allowed to. You can remove a connection at any time, and the records already brought in stay until you delete them.
Your use of that software stays under its own terms. For a Google account, how Supernatural uses what it reads is set out in the privacy notice, and follows Google's API Services User Data Policy.
The people in your workspace
Your workspace admins decide who is invited and what each person can see. If you bring in information about other people, such as customer contacts, your company is responsible for having the right to use it. We process it only on your instructions.
What you may not do
- Break the law, or store or send anything unlawful.
- Send spam, or mail people who have not agreed to hear from you.
- Upload malware, probe or attack Supernatural or anyone else, or try to reach another workspace's data.
- Resell the beta, or use it to build a copy of Supernatural.
If a workspace does any of these, we may pause or close it. We will tell its admins why, unless the law stops us.
No promises during the beta
The beta is provided as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business, arising from the beta. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will email every admin at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The version and date at the top of this page always show what applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
